            It was a sunny afternoon. David and his friends were sailing along the coast, enjoying the warm weather. A light breeze was blowing across the bay. They all felt relaxed. Rick and Tyler were helping David sail the boat as the others were sitting, talking about their plans for the summer holidays. Suddenly, the wind started blowing strongly and the sea became rough. Waves began crashing against the boat, making everyone lose their balance. Dark clouds covered the sky. David was trying to lower the sails when rick cried “Where’s Tyler?”…

It was a bitterly cold night. It was raining heavily. Sally was walking alone the empty road and tears were running down her face. She reached a street lamp and stopped there. She had nowhere to go to, no one to stay with … nothing! She was soaked to the skin but this didn’t seem to bother her. Suddenly she felt a gentle tap on her shoulder. Surprised, she turned around. In the pale yellow light she saw a stranger. He was wearing clothes as black as night, but his face was kind and clam.

            Last winter I went on a skiing holiday to the Alps. We stayed in a tiny chalet which had a huge fireplace in every room. The weather was ……….. so we were able to go skiing every day.             You won’t believe what a horrible place this is! We are having a louse time. The weather is cloudy , and the hotel we are staying in is really dirty. The beach is crowded and the water is filthy.  The local people are very unfriendly and the food is disgusting. I’ve never had such an awful time in my life!

1.    My name is Ben Smith and I’m from England. I live in Sussex with my family. There are four of us; my parents, my sister Emily, aged 4, and me. My mum works in a bank. My dad’s a dentist.

2.    I’m twelve years old. I’m tall, about 1,50, and slim. As you can see from my photo. I’ve got green eyes and short fair hair. I usually wear jeans and trainers.

3.    I love sports. My favourite is basketball.  I usually play basketball with my friends at the weekend. I also enjoy riding my bicycle. I enjoy reading books but I don’t like reading comics.

Dear teacher
Greeting from Arkhangai aimag. I have never seen such a beautiful countryside.I’m staying at a ger. The weather is sunny, warm and bit cold. With beautiful lake, rivers, fantastic mountain and ancient debris.
The first place we stopped at was Khairkhan sum in Arkhangai aimag. This countryside famous for “Khairkhan” mountain, “Mogoi” river and “Iljigen chiht” king’s debris. The first day we went to “Khairkhan” mountain. I saw many animals there. We saw a fat marmot and deer saw while we were walking. We have been swiming at “Mogoi” river almost everyday.

The next country on holiday  was Erdenemandal sum. This is famous for “Khanui khvrem” spa and “Khar Khul” king’s debris. We have rectreaded in the “Khanui khvrem” spa since we came here. 7days after we went to “Khar Khul” king’s debris. While I was taking pictures my brother broke my camera.

The last place we visited in Tariat sum. This is famous for “Horgo” mountain, “Terhiin tsagaan” lake , “Chuluut” and “Suman” river. Mountain Horgo is a extinct volcano covered with basalt, larches and wild berries. Red deer, Siberian Deer, Wild Boar Ruddy Shelduck and Duck are found here. I’m staying at a ger by the “Terhiin tsagaan” lake. The lake is beautiful which with crystal clear fresh water. While we were driving through in our jeep a lot of ducks flew.We have been swimming at “Terhiin tsagaan” lake.  

Finally, we went to Tsetserleg city. A city with museum, buddha statue and wonderful nature. We visited the museum in Tsetserleg city. The museum is famous for magnificient rare memorials.  

We have been eating a lot of traditional food and strong tea. This food is very delicious.This holiday was fantastic and very funny. If you want to travel everywhere you don’t forget going to Arkhangai.
